IATF16949 Certification Attained
We are capable of meeting global demand through a well-developed supply chain of superior quality automotive components. Johnan Manufacturing attained IATF16949 certification in June 2018. All subsidiaries of Johnan Manufacturing have also been IATF16949 certified as of December, 2016. Johnan Manufacturing has implemented quality improvement programs to meet and exceed customer specific requirements.

Reliability Assurance
Provide excellent quality products to our customers by verifying quality reliability. This is done by utilizing test chambers which replicate various environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, vibrations and moisture conditions. Durability tests are then established with combinations of each environmental condition. In addition, a hemi-anechoic chamber is used for the reduction of abnormal sound and noise in the pursuit of comfort for customers.
Mass Production Quality Assurance
We ensure the quality of our products by deploying IP cameras integrated within the automated production lines.
Furthermore, we keep improving the reliability of our products through the introduction of image measurement devices that are able to measure within 1/1000th of a millimeter.
